About Me

Thanks for coming ❤

Hey there! My name is Alexandria: 26, mom of twin girls, health coach. Welcome to what I consider my thoughts unleashed and unfiltered. Here you can expect a little bit of everything. I tried my best to “niche” down this blog but so far it’s only made me feel trapped and uninspired so instead of obsessing over a specific topic I’ve decided to let it all hang out. You can expect content ranging from motherhood, health and wellness all the way to my random rants on things circulating on social meeting. For those who can appreciate variety and evolution, I welcome you with open arms.

My Background

I am a proud graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where I studied a dynamic and holistic approach to health and wellness in order to become a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. I also have an undergraduate background in psychology and biology from the University of Michigan.

I have struggled with hormone imbalance, weight gain, eczema, fertility issues and depression. Some of these challenges I still face today and because of my firsthand experiences I have a deep empathy for those who suffer from the same or similar situations. I enjoy spending my days connecting with women and empowering them to take control of their health so that they can live the lives they want and deserve on their terms,

I wholeheartedly believe that the body is fully capable of healing itself when given the proper tools and encourage others to embrace whole food, plant based nutrition and natural healing techniques.

I also believe the mind, body and soul must be nourished collectively in order for an individual to thrive and reach their highest potential. Health is multi-dimensional and in order for true wellness to be reached, balance must be found in food, fitness, spirituality, relationships, career and finances alike.

I understand the importance of support while making realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes and I pride myself on being a genuine and empathetic resource.

I believe Mother Earth has supplied us with all the tools necessary for us to heal and nourish our bodies, calm our minds, and free our souls.
